Very efficient/answered all questions--a very pleasant experience. One item of note, though: there were some oily/greasy boot/shoe scuff marks on the trim near the driver's door carpet area. I cleaned that area when I got home.

Price was very competitive with the coupon received in the mail. Although the service was excellent if I had to pay the posted price I would probably shop around before coming back.

Great experience!
I brought my truck in for an oil change, the person that I talked to was very helpful. He called me to let me know it was ready (in the timeline promised) and I told him about a problem that I was having that I had forgotten to mention. He said he’d take a look himself, which he did and had it fixed by the time I got there. It was a great experience!
