We understand how frustrating it can be to bring your vehicle in with a concern, where we are unable to duplicate it. I apologize if there was some sort of miscommunication at pick-up. But, after speaking with your technician and reviewing your repair order, the technician was unable to duplicate your concern after letting the vehicle sit. The brake pedal was not firm, nor was it sputtering upon startup. And yes, you are correct, there were no codes present in any systems either. We want every visit here to be a successful one and again apologize for your disappointment with your last visit here.
Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to help remedy this concern for you or if the issue is persisting and we can re-inspect the vehicle for you.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me about the collision error issue with your vehicle. Although it has been intermittent, I am glad you will be bringing back in for our technicians to reinspect; and hopefully get some resolution. Rest assured, not only is your safety, but complete satisfaction is my highest priority. I am sorry this has taken longer than usual to repair, however sometimes intermittent concerns are difficult to repair immediately.
