I received a call from your service department stating the slow leak was due to a leaking valve stem and the sensor attached. I was quoted over $100 for the repair. I advised the sensor appeared to be working since it was indicating the tire was low. I was advised that the sensor was leaking also and needed replacement. I advised I would handle the issue myself for that price.
When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged $12.95 for a technician to "look" at the tire and diagnose a leaking valve stem. I informed the Service person that I had purchased the tires there and the charge was taken off. Per my question, the tires were NOT rotated as I asked and I was charged $59.95 for the balancing. At this point I just paid the over-charge and left.
Now I have to take my time to rotate the tires myself. Per a phone call to America's tire, they will replace the leaking valve stem from free.
I was going to take my F150 to your dealership for an oil change as advertised in a coupon sent to me for $39.95. After this experience, I will perform the maintenance myself. We have four vehicles. When the next vehicle is due for tires, I will be purchasing them elsewhere along with any needed repairs.
I am beyond disappointed.
