After the initial service evaluation, more work needed to be done than originally anticipated. They arranged to give me a loaner car at no charge until the repairs were completed. That was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise.

I like the service philosophy St Augustine Hyundai has. I have been going there for a while because the overall service is great. This time there was one slight problem. They didn't set the service reminder to what it says on the windshield. Not a big deal and I have not figured how to reset it myself.

All required service is performed in a timely manner. Extra service such as a car wash and interior vacuuming is included. If needed a loaner car is provided. The waiting area is very comfortable and well maintained.
