Add appointment at 9 o'clock did look at my vehicle until 1030
Had an appointment at 9 o'clock did not get my vehicle back help 4:30 in the afternoon broke one of my wheel studs changing tires on a brand new 2021 4 runner very upset did name get pologised to Told me they would be anybody's price on tires would not step up and do so don't know if I'll ever bring my business back to Mike white Ford

Too much of an inconvenience
Got oil changed on my 2019 Expedition, the passenger door is not unlocking (we have to open it from the inside). The service department could not take a few minutes to see if it is a quick fix. I was told to make another appointment (which I am sure its a diagnostic) and make another appointment to get it fixed. For people working full time and who dont live in CdA its hard.

Got the Battery and oil changed but 2+ hours to do it with an appointment, really
So the service adviser was nice and professional. But the whole experience was less the great. Like I said it should not take over 2 hours to do the simple things like an oil change and swap out a battery, more like an hour. I have done plenty of both jobs to know, I did have an appointment so the work load should not have been a shock to anyone. While I was stuck waiting all that time I wandered the showroom as it is. Two rather boring cars to look at. When I asked about the new Bronco, they had no brochures available just a laminated sheet with all the options per model to look at only. The sales personnel were sitting around on the desks and chatting with each other. There were a number of people in the same long wait as I and it would have been a great opportunity to have marketing displays, maybe a few 40 inch TV that can display the different models and options. Doesn't seem like you all are trying to hard to make the customer pleased with the dealership.

Mike White does a good job. Fast and friendly.
My only complaint is that we are at a place where covid spread is at its peak (we hope) and virtually no one wears a mask in the waiting room. I understand that people are resisting but when I go to a business where everyone is required to wear a mask it takes the pressure off everyone. I see no strong businesses having a problem with that. I won't be back until covid is under control or the dealership puts sign that masks are required.

Keith, thank you for your thoughts. We have required our employees to wear face coverings, but you raise an excellent point regarding the waiting room. As of yesterday evening, signs were posted on every entrance door regarding the mask mandate and offering options for those who are unable to mask. OIL CHANGE
WE ASKED THE TECHS NOT TO MOVE SEAT AND PLEASE DON'T TOUCH THE MIRRORS OR SWITCHES. THE HEADLIGHTS USED TO GO ON AUTOMATICALLY AND OFF WHEN WE GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK. NOW WE CAN'T GET IT BACK TO THE WAY THEY WERE! WE ARE 77 YEARS OLD AND NOT UP TO DATE ON THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY.

Dennis, thank you for taking our call regarding your concerns. As we explained, there are times where we are required to move seats to safely move the car, but this was not the case in your vehicle as we did not change the seat position at any time.

In regards to the headlight issue, your headlights are working as designed, which does not offer the automatic on/off feature. Hit and Miss
The oil change process was smooth, but the last time I brought a car into your shop for a minor repair, my car was held hostage while the part was being ordered. I told the tech that I might need the car for the weekend at which point he cancelled the order for the part but didn't tell me. I ended up not needing the car for the weekend, so left it there. When I called back the following week to check on it, they didn't even know the car was still in their possession. I had to wait again for them to reorder the part. Twice when I called them and was told someone would call me back, they never did. I had to call them. Less than thrilled.

Ok but...
I was ok with the work done until i received the esrimate for recommended next service... over $600. Crazy. Over $250 to change spark-plugs. Not even a V8. STUPID.
And the guy explaining it was a monotone robot. No sensitivity. This is not a Masareti.

TOOK TOO LONG FOR OIL CHANGE
I showed up at 10:30 for a 11 o’clock oil change and saw my car sitting outside done for 25 minutes I was told done by 12 and got out of there at 12:25. It dose not take this long for an oil change and it seems to take longer each time I get my oil change done. I feel this is poor customer service and would like to see this issue addressed.

Barely satisfactory
I had a simple oil change and tire rotation service today. I think they changed the oil but it is still black so am not sure. As for the tire rotation. They did not reset the TPMS on the vehicle so the tire pressures are backwards. Also the rear tires were overinflated by 15 psi. Last but not least one of the “hub covers” was not seated properly. Probably would have lost it had I not checked before I left the dealer. Overall the attention to detail was a bit lacking.

pressure sales
oil change/service was fine, they wouldn't check why my service engine light was on without another appointment, (a 2 hr drive for me) they tried to sell me almost 900 dollars worth of early unneeded maintenance. I know I need to do these things …. but not for another 30000 miles! I feel like they are into pressure sales on service. I would have been very happy if they just plugged the truck into the computer to tell me I need a new thermostat. I got a mechanic from another local place to diagnose this in 5 mins.

I have yet to have a good experience at Mike White, and I here’s another one to add to the list. I had an appointment to have a 5000 mile service performed on my F150. The promise time on this particular trip was 10:00 am. At 10:15, when politely asked how much longer it would be, the service tech said the promise time was 10:30, and I just needed to wait. I said the promise time I was told was 10:00. He proceeded to argue with me, before finally looking in the computer, and saw the promise time was, in fact, 10:00. His response was a short “Oh, you’re right, sorry about that, it should be done any minute,” and he immediately went back to what he was doing, ignoring my presence. 15 minutes later, the pickup was finally finished. I know this might seem minor to some, but I’m tired of having poor experiences here. I would like to keep my business local, but I just can’t give it to Mike White. I will be going to Gus Johnson in Spokane Valley from now on.

Lack of quality service
I had 9:00 AM appointment and my F250 was not taken into the shop until 9:37.
I purchased 4 new Michelin tires and it took them until 11:15 to complete the mounting.
The service writer and myself discussed leaving the white lettering on the outside, well you guessed it they left it turned in .
Now they tell me I need to take the truck back next Thursday to get the tires switched around and waste another 2 plus hours. I will be looking for reimbursement for my 2 hrs since you expect to get paid when I need service.
Very unhappy

When I picked up my car after an oil change, I had to take care of the floor protector. If the service people cannot take care of their own trash, what other "small" things are they ignoring?

Expensive
Went in for LOF that alone cost $89.95 found I needed a new air filter and at 55,000 miles I understand that cost $34.42. Said my rear brakes needed to be changed cost estimate for parts and labor would be $571.88. The last time I was in they indicated green status now red I drove this very little approx. 5,000 miles since last check. Told me next service would need to have differentials serviced and again I understand that told me approximate price but did not get that estimate but expensive. I noticed that from the conversations people were having with the service staff everyone had additional costs to whatever work they were having done. It makes me rather suspicious that the staff is under orders or a requirement to add to the persons bill.
I'm not sure if I would recommend this business or not, when I have my tires rotated at Les Schwab I'll ask them to check the brakes and provide me with a price quote.
