Dennis, thank you for taking our call regarding your concerns. As we explained, there are times where we are required to move seats to safely move the car, but this was not the case in your vehicle as we did not change the seat position at any time.
In regards to the headlight issue, your headlights are working as designed, which does not offer the automatic on/off feature. Ernest, thank you for leaving a review. We agree - an hour and 45 minutes is generally too long for an oil change. We're not sure if you recieved the call from your advisor, but we called and left a message describing exactly what we went through with the evaluation process to ensure quality work was being completed for you. We always want to make sure that everything is done correctly and thoroughly and in the case of some vehicles, it takes longer than others. We invite you to come back in when you next need service and hopefully give you better communication regarding timeframes.
