Five attempts so far
It is still being worked on and we are concerned at the failures to resolve this issue. It has been several weeks since the start and now heading into two weeks with a loaner, and they still seem to be shooting at different solutions. Even Hyundai Engineer's suggestion seems to have failed to solve the issue. Patients is an issue as we have to wonder how much longer to wait for this to be resolved. And can we trust this vehicle after so many failures to resolve this issue. 2019 Kona SE.

Two times for two problems
Went there for an electrical problem. Instead of 1 and a half to two hours, it was 5 hours over 2 days. Couldn't keep there facts strait and had to leave it after spending a couple of hours waiting. Then had to go back for another electrical problem with an estimate of 1 and a half to two hours. Wondering how long this one will take. Since buying our two 2019 Demo cars there have seen a decline in service, feels like Van Hyundai now. Will be moving to local services soon as the warrantee expires, and only going there for certain repairs.

Poor work
I’m not one for writing bad reviews but this needs to be said. My Veloster had no power and acceleration. By putting a new sensor on it the power was indeed restored. However going back to my home was not pleasant as it didn’t handle well in slow speeds and while stopped or at idle. It sputters and shakes the car. Believing it must just need to settle in I didn’t think of it and just relaxed. When I went out the next day a mile from home for errands the engine light came on after it sputtered while I reversed to park. All from replacing a sensor in the engine.

With that being the case, they were not very thorough to make sure everything was in good order.

I’ve been taking my car to and from shop after shop that is a Hyundai dealer and feel that the company doesn’t keep its promises. My parents have a Hyundai vehicle too and the dealer always asks for you to keep bringing it back to them for service. And they too are having problems where things don’t get fixed even with warranties.

Very dissatisfied.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your vehicle.  Your check engine light could be caused by numerous issues.  If you would like to bring it in for us to look at it we would be glad to.  I am a little confused about the timing if you could clarify  we worked on the vehicle 03/18 and we got this on 4/23.  Did you call in and speak to anyone the on 3/19

Rude
I was treated very disrespectful and like a trash. Kesa in the accounting was very rude to me, she threw my keys, papers and even the discount coupons that I showed her to me and refused to honor it. She talked to me very disrespectful and the rudeness is out of this world. Also the service prices are getting too high. I missed when Donald is in charge, everyone was respectful and I was treated like a family.

poor customer service
Poor customer service throughout service appointment. Was not given an option to be dropped off at home and have my vehicle delivered back to me once finished (hyundai center do this) the staff did a bad job at explaining to me what was wrong with my car and why they had recommended certain things. No refreshments for customers while they wait.
