Excellent Service (as usual)
The entire staff from the time I arrived to the time I left was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable and versatile ranging from just watching TV, reading or doing work (there are work areas with power and free wifi where you can set up and do work). The quality of the work was excellent and I could trust that the repair was done right. I highly recommend this dealer.

Easy to schedule recalls
Had some current recalls on my vehicle and it was very easy to schedule maintainence with Mike on the phone. My mother was also bringing in her car for recalls and he was able to accomodate both of us. My recall called for an oil change but a sticker reminder for my next oil change was not provided. I also added wiper replacement on the day of which was nice but was much more expensive than if I would have done it anywhere else. Overall still very very happy with my experience. All staff was friendly and attentive.

Another excellent maintenance visit
St. Charles Automotive team diagnosed my concern and was fixed within a very reasonable amount of wait time. My vehicle was vacuumed and washed before being returned to me! Many thanks again to Bob Reck and the entire service team for breaking down the problem so understand what's happening in keeping my Santa Fe running. I have complete faith with the advise given when I come to the service department. Thanks again for a positive maintenance/service experience.

Reliable, comfortable. I have confidence in their work. I do have a big problem with the dealership, though. I got 2 emails from a Joe Ford, and a snail mail addressed to my long dead wife. This pains me. I emailed Joe to cease/desist/apologize after the 2nd email. No response.
