We apologize for the long wait time for your oil change. We average 30 to 45 min. We have a new Service Writer and in the process of gerating your ticket, he coded it incorrectly which created the long wait. Got suckered
The final price of my maintenance work did exceeded the quoted price by 150%. When I pointed this out to the service rep, he just looked at me.
