Long process. Then bad car.
I found a car I liked, the paperwork process was long and after bouncing back and forth from buildings it was done. Less than a week after my purchase I broke down on the side of the road. The roadside assistance was a nightmare. After giving them information for over a half hour they could not verify my coverage and asked for my card information. The dealership was on the other line trying to tell the agent what profile to put it under. Long story short, I was told to use the OnStar feature and use GMCs roadside assistance. I had to make 3 calls to OnStar, talked to 3 tow truck drivers and 2 911 dispatchers. The towing company couldn’t find my car. I sent them a pin, photo of the car and satellite photo of the parking lot in addition to the GPS coordinates from OnStar. They did find it.
