Friendly staff
Staff was very professional and friendly. Took time to show me to waiting lounge so I would know where it was. Also showed where restrooms were. He was thorough in going everything on the list and explaining to me about what all they checked on my car.

Only Hyundai dealer in town
It's Joplin. What can I say? Glad to have someone in town to honor the warranty and service my Hyundai Sonata. They seem to be very busy most of the time. Almost chaotic. Seems like that if parts are needed, they have to be ordered.

My Sante Fe was family to them
Took my Sante Fe in for warranty check and it was treated as royalty. Every element was checked, tires rotated , goals for good care set in motion.

Michael was like personal attendant . I needed a shuttle for a stop while they worked on car and this young man was very competent ..

Love my car! Love the family who cares for it in Joplin.
