Efficient, professional service
I scheduled my appointment for very early in the morning so that I could enjoy my afternoon. I anticipated my service to take over 5 hours (as it has taken at other dealerships), but Hans Park took care of things really quickly. I hardly had enough time to sit down and read my novel before my repair was over. Everything was handled efficiently and with extremely professional care. I will definitely bring my car back to Puente Hills Hyundai!

I love the friendly staff!!
Sean is a very polite and friendly service man. I had my children with me that day, and he made us feel welcomed by offering them snacks . I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. The whole staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Very professional & friendly and provide quality services
1. Service representative Sean was excellent at customer services. He is very professional at his job too. He explained my car condition very clearly and help me to identify the needed services for my 30,000 miles check up at a reasonable cost. 2. This time the automate performed was very detailed and clean. I really appreciate the automate team for this visit. My previous automate experience was not as detailed and clean. Thank you Hyundai service team!

I would recommend the PH service any time to my friends.

HOWEVER, I will not recommend the PH sales business to anyone namely due to the unethical fleet manager Yessar.
