This Hyundai dealership is good overall
It can be hard to get ahold of someone to schedule service sometimes. Just be patient and they will call back eventually. Watch out for them over inflating your tires. I was Lucy enough to buy new Hyundai from Crain before they started marking up their cars. Now they mark up their cars at least $5k. That means some of the cheaper cars they sale are marked up 25%. I really don’t understand how they justify these prices. I will be buying my next car from another dealership because of this.

Car Dealers!
I was looking for a new vehicle and wound up here. Had heard great things about Hyundai and wanted to drive one. I wound up at Crain Hyundai in Little Rock, a very nice salesman helped with my decision and I have not been sorry. The management is great! If I have had an issue they have solved it! I do highly recommend them and I do love my Hyundai!

Trunk Latch Fixed
My trunk latch was broken and would not shut thankfully Stephen Robinson got me in quickly and got me fixed and on my way to work within maybe an hour if that! it was a seamless and easy process and he was so nice and helpful so thank you Stephen!!!

Steve and Steven were very helpful and understanding to my needs. They didn't mind taking the time out and showing me how to use my USB. I drive 2 hours just to use this dealership. I really don' have to there's one (45 mins White Hall) . I choose to because their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING ! Looking forward into seeing you in the future.

Exceptional service staff.
My service agent was so nice. Stephen actually explained what they did to my vehicle and what parts were needed. I’ve never had anyone really tell me what was going on. He was up front and honest about the price and everything. I think it’s important to know what I’m spending my money on. I will definitely return.
