Extended Engine warranty
Although service is top notch, I really feel that when an engine is replaced under an extended warranty, due to known problems, then you get you vehicle back and the AC doesn't work (worked before engine blew) and you're told you have to pay for the repair, although you've been told that they had to take the entire unit off to replace the engine, really stinks. I'm not a mechanic but have talked to multiple shops and kind of feel like I've been taken. Lesson learned :(

I recently needed an oil change and emissions check. I also wanted a few things checked. I had an appointment. Everything went smooth as glass. Check in service completed expeditiously, and car sanitized and returned in a clock work manner. Could not have been better. I always recommend the people here efficient and honest.

Service writer
At my age (dont even ask, LOL) i have owned a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of service writers . Brad is without a doubt the most conscientious and professional i have ever met. He always listens well and even asks a few questions if he fells he needs to. After the service he verbally explains the recommendations in detail. Give that guy a RAISE !

Service was good
I am not sure I really need the brake fluid changed at this service. I think thy are always pushing to have more done. And I don’t have anyone to help me make decisions. I went in for oil change and tires rotated and ended up spending over $200. They say well you need this and you should probably have this done. I just wish I ciuld trust them more

Great Service
The service Department at St. Charles Hyundai is topnotch. I had to have the passenger side mirror replaced on my 2020 Elantra and Brad took care of everything. He gave me the estimate, ordered the part and called when it was in so I could come in and get the car repaired. The repair took less than an hour and I was back on the road.

I would recommend this dealership highly!

If you have to have work done on your car, there’s no better place than St Charles Hyundai....the employees are super friendly, they’re as fast as possible and have hot coffee to drink.

Chris Johnson went above what I anticipated. I haven't owned a new car in over 18 years and when I had issues with my remote, Blue Link set up my appt. for that Monday and this was Friday. Little did I know that Hyundai had to order my part and it would take a few days. I arrived at my appt and Chris informed me that I was on the schedule but they didnt know why nor did they have the part ordered. Chris was able to get me a rental car, assured me they would take car of my car and get it working and kept in contact with me several times to let me know what was going on. He was able to order and expedite the headset unit I needed that day. I couldn't be happier with the service department and I know my car is being taken care of. Thank you again Chris for all you did.
