Lloyd said this is a good place to go for service. He trusts the employees but said it's expensive. His vehicle was in for 2 weeks before they found out what was wrong. The employees said the fuel pump was okay, but in the end the problem was the fuel pump.

Bad experience
Front office staff isn’t very professional. Lots of angry swearing and shouting coming out of the front office. Lack of authentic care in their service and interactions. They didn’t exhibit any behavior that would make me want to trust them. And ultimately, I came in for my check engine light being on — it’s still on, $1900 later. My car feels worse than when I arrived.

Find the stink
Car was balky and smelling funny. Was it burning? Nope. Your tech found some fouled injectors and added new filters. Car so smooth now and no more stink!

2006 required engine replaced
Great service: We required a new engine in our 2006 Cadillac. As you can imagine this was an expensive decision. Art of Maintenance located a good engine, installed and followed up to ensure all was working as designed.

a check of transmision trouble

Great service, good humor, sociable employees and trust in their integrity.
I brought my vehicle in at 8 a.m. and it was ready by 12:30 p.m. the same day. I had no weird feelings that I was being lied to or told about non-existent issues. I will definitely use their service again.
