Quick turnaround
Asked Jim Becker to have car ready by 4 pm the next day. He called less than an hour later to tell me that everything checked out OK and all that needed to be done was an oil and filter change. The next morning at 9 am he called to say the car was ready for pick-up.

We have used Becker’s for the last 20 years for service on all our vehicles, imports and domestics. Service, whether routine or complex has always been of the highest standards and reasonably priced. Jim is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to explain what needs to be done.

Saved me money
I have a 2007 foreign-made auto with a mileage of 150k. Becker has saved me money on more than one occasion. This past week my Check Engine light went on, and I used my OBD scanner which provided the code PO101, which means a issue with mass air sensor or circuits.

Becker captured the same code and determine it was the actual mass air sensor.

---- Becker saved me money by cleaning up the current sensor, testing it, and determined that the cleaned mfa was providing a measurement close to a new mfa so did not replace it. Saved me over $300. I checked the price. ---

Very Pleased
I find Becker Service Center to be of high quality and honest. Not only do they do their work well, but also tell me when I don't need something done. They cost a bit more than other service organizations, but it's worth it.
