Good service but expensive
They gave me good service and a loaner car during (because I paid for that level of service when I bought the car). It was not difficult to get the work done, and it was not a hassle. However, it was way expensive. Basically $119 for an oil change. Even for synthetic oil, that’s steep.

Problem fixed
My clock display was showing zeros. I was told it would take up to 1 1/2 hours to fix. It took far less because, all that was needed was to remove and re-insert an SD card.

Occasionally service is late
Over the past 5 years, service at this dealership has been commendable. This one time, the parts were not ordered correctly causing a delay in returning the vehicle. The overall warranty repair took 8 days, but I had a loaner, so the inconvenience was tolerable.
