I would recommend them to everyone!!!
If there are delays( parts or job getting done within a reasonable amount of time, then the sales help needs to inform any customer of potential delays. People are usually more apt to come back IF.....there's good communication! Today ....there wasn't good communication.
Our focus is to make sure all our customers feel informed every step of the way, so we are sorry that you feel as if the communication and speed of service was not what you desired.
While we never charge customers more than the price they pre-approved, it is possible that we need to work harder on explaining ourselves to avoid confusion.
We appreciate your feedback and will be making sure to improve our communication so as to avoid any misunderstandings.
