In Aug/Sep, 2022, I shopped the Gennesis dealers in the SE for a GV70. Dealers had low to no inventory and after searching the internet for weeks, I found the perfect car, in route, to the Napleton Genesis of WPB, (90 yrs in bus.). I contacted Greg Jones in sales who did a GREAT JOB arranging all the details of purchase on the phone and internet. Management had approved the cash purchase and a $5,000 credit card deposit given them. My car arrived then IVAN hit. I was ready to pick up the car but travel was impossible with the storm/traffic. My delay was relayed to sales and management and they were asked to "keep my car safe"! After the storm, "Sales/Mgt WAS NOT RESPONSIVE" to my calls or text. "I was ready to accept delivery, but don't know if the car is ready!" Sales/Mgt stalled any contact with me for several days and finally disclosed: "someone backed into your car, it's damages and not for sale". Well, I was sorely disappointed that better care was not given a NEW CAR, in limited supply! Management would not send a picture of the damage but would only say, "it will take weeks to repair". They offered to find a replacement in maybe 30 days. Mgt. offered little sympathy to a acustomer over 100 miles away. My question: "WAS my car in an accident or ... sold to someone else"? The dealership not only failed to deliver my car but also kept my $5000 depost for a month. I was unable to reach them by phone and had to leave messages. After 30 days, I had my credit card company intercede to resolve the issue. I will not do business again with them and will not recommend them. It would have been nice for them to send a picture of "my car" and say: we're really sorry, what can we do to work things out?
Dropped my car off at 10:30 am for an oil change and tire rotation, but did not receive my car back until after 5:00 pm. Also, I did not get a call to let me know that my car was ready! After several unanswered calls and no call backs, I decided to drive over to the service shop to pick up my car!

Dealer did a great job providing concierge service. Great communications, arrived with loaner & returned my car as & when promised. Service as it should be.

Great car, generally helpful customer-facing service personnel
Generally great personnel and they do a really good job to try and take care of their customers. Strangely, after my first service, one of my floor mats got switched out and got some other model instead. Went back to have it replaced with the right model mat and had a tire pressure monitor (TPM) to replace at the same time. The whole TPM system is a bit of a mystery since there is no way to reset it as the owner if it happens to flake out (i.e., we didn't have a flat, the TPM just didn't register properly). But replacing a TPM and a floor mat took longer than anything I expected. Just make sure the service personnel provides an estimate when starting your service appointment so you're aware of how to make the best use of your time. Otherwise service is high quality as expected.

Matt and Rance in the show room. Ernie, Mike and Brian in service. If you don’t know who they are then you are missing out. My genesis is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned but that doesn’t even matter. I would stay with this dealership simply for the names employees above.

I have had 3 Genesis vehicles. They are the best and most reliable car I’ve ever had. I have had Mercedes’ and BMW’s. Genesis is better than both.
Napleton Genesis service is excellent. Bryan is an outstanding Genesis service manager.
Sales leaves a lot to be desired.

Everything about the service appointment was great, except for the car wash at the end. I purchased my genesis from a different dealer, it was hand washed, not a swirl mark in sight. I had it serviced here, the staff were super helpful and kind. However, the complimentary car wash must have been a 30 year old machine because when I got my brand new car back, it was only half cleaned with swirl marks everywhere, and on a black car, it’s very noticeable. Get the service and skip the detail unless something changes.

This was the second time I used the concierge service. Mike was on time and took the time to understand the problems to be addressed with this service. His participation was excellent and all the repairs were made in an excellent manner. Could not be more pleased with all aspects of this service.
