Extremely poor service department
I bought a new vehicle here and have it back in for service on 6 different occasions EVERY time I take the car in, the Service department fails to correct the issue or leaves something undone. I know they cannot guarantee the cars will not have problems, but they CAN make sure problems are fixed right the first time you take them in for service. They do not even perform the most basic skills of good performance and quality assurance.

The problem was not fixed
The staff was friendly when I could get someone on the phone. We were often passed around to different associates and disconnect unable to even leave a message. The cost for repair was $650 and the problem is not fixed. In the meantime a representative called to offer a deal on a new car since it looks like we are about to get this one paid off. We also got calls asking how was our recent service - while the car was still there and we didn't know any updates.

Great service, convenient location close to work.
I enjoy the location since it is convenient for me and close to work. I appreciate the ride to/from work or use of a loaner car when my car is serviced. The jury is still out on how things change since it is under new ownership.
