Thanks for responding to our survey. Thanks for the 5 star rating, but most of all thanks for your business.
Once again, one of our favorite customers to see come through that door in the morning. You always have a smile on your face and love in your heart. Thanks for all of your business throughout the years and thanks so much for your delightful attitude. You always bring our spirts to a higher level.
We appreciate all responses even the 3 star. Usually when we get a low score we have an issue that I can try and remidy. If you could take another moment and share with me what we could do better to get a 4 or a 5 star rating it would be most helpful. We really do take these responses seriously. Anything less than 4 and we have a special meeting of all involved to figure it out.
If you could help me out, and let me know what to do I will be glad to give it my best. I will be contacting you personally in the next couple of days trying to get this resolved and see if we could get this score increased a little.

I wish we had the facility and the time to wash vehicles for customers. We are expanding our service department because we are so busy that it makes it difficult to get all the customers in that would like for us to service their vehicles.
It is in the next expansion that we plan on installing an automatic car wash so that we can give better and better service.

however, I am concerned that we have not heard or fixed your problem. Chad did not hear the noise that you are speaking of. If you could bring it back in and let Chad ride with you and you point out the noise I am sure we can fix it.
I am sorry that we did not already hear and fix this so let us show you that we really do care about fixing cars properly and quickly.

I am so glad that you got in and out quickly. We are so busy that sometimes we don't live up to that. We are currently doubling the size of our service department so that we can meet that expectation that customers have come to expect.
