"THE BEST CAR TECHNICIANS "
HiTech is the ONLY place I will take my paid for 2011 Camry for service!
Having been ripped off by the Toyota dealers for years I found Kamal( referred by a friend about 5 years ago) and have been exceptionally pleased with their expertise. They even tested the actuators on all 4 door locks and told me that they did NOT need to be replaced as the Scott Clark dealership told me! Kamal and technician saved me $500.00 per door!!
I am sending all of my friends to HiTech when asked who I use.....and
they are all exceptionally pleased not having to pay Lexus and Mercedes dealerships for maintenance!
I drive ALOT and tend to keep my vehicles a long time. When I buy a new " hi-end" vehicle soon.......HiTech will continue to have my TRUST and my business!

"AMAZING EXPERIENCE"
On the the way to couple of doctors appointments from the UNCC area my car broke down across the street from Hi-Tech's shop on Polk St in Pineville. Skate Board Wizard Mike skated back and forth across the busy highway several times attempting to get it started. Eventually he had to secured the car until I get back from doctors since AAA refused to tow it across the street if I was not with the car. The wonderful folks at Sherman Williams tried to assist & comfort me during the drama and watched out while I was gone. When my daughter brought me back to my car after the 1st appointment, it started (no thanks to 30 years with AAA). I drove it across the street where Kamal started immediately locating parts. By the time I finished my next doctor's appointment in Matthews , Kamal call and told me he had her ready for pick up. He installed a new alternator, etc and all the warning lights went out and she runs like new again. These are some wonderful folks at Hi-Tech and Sherman Williams. They didn't hesitate to help a senior citizen in trouble on their block. Although it is over 20 miles away I have a new paint store and master mechanic and could not be happier.
