Considerate, thorough, and on time
I brought my 2015 Lexus in for its 7,500-mile service (oil change and check-up) and the whole experience at Import Authority was excellent. The team was considerate and thoughtful, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly, so I understood exactly what was done and why. Prices were fair, and the job was done in a timely manner. My Lexus drove wonderfully afterward, though it always does, and I’m glad to have a shop I can trust to keep it that way. I’d recommend them without hesitation and will definitely be back.
