Another great experience
We took our Rav4 into the shop because we heard squeaking when we stopped after backing up. James gave it a thorough inspection and several drives, as well as detailed conversation with us to assess the situation. Thankfully, the brakes did not need to be replaced and he reviewed with us several possibilities that could be causing the noise. This encounter is just another example of the integrity and expertise that you will find at Import Authority. If you've had a less than stellar experience at other places, bring your vehicle on in to Import Authority, and you won't want to go anywhere else.
