Windshield replacement
I called the Fort Walton Beach shop and filed a claim with my insurance company to have my windshield replaced on my 2020 Silverado 3500 HD. The lady I spoke with helped me file my claim and then forwarded my claim to the Crestview shop since I would have to have my front collision system recalibrated after the new windshield was installed. A lady from the Crestview shop called me and we set up an appointment for Wednesday, 18 August at 9:00 AM. I dropped my vehicle off at the shop at 8:00 AM and left. I received a phone call from the shop 2 hours later and was told they could not do the windshield replacement due to the fact that I didn't have a full tank of diesel and I had a 5th wheel hitch in the bed of the truck. I am pretty sure someone from this company should have informed me of these facts when I scheduled my appointment, but they did not. I wasted over 2 hours of my time off of work and still do not have a new windshield. Then in the end, I got a huge case of poor customer service, bad attitude from the lady at the front desk. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS.
