Hello Deborah, thank you for taking the time to review our service! Our oil levels are electronically metered, and matched to the factory service manual, however, I understand that nothing is perfect. If ever there is an issue with anything we do here, please contact us and we will make it right! We take great pride in what we do and will stand behind our work, and correct any possible mistakes. Just to be sure, the oil level should always show in the middle of the safe range on the dipstick, not to the top mark. We ofter get this question here. If it is below this middle point, please return and we will check this and also make a note in our system in the event that the manual or computer was reading the wrong fluid capacity. Thank you for your business!
