Spoke with Connie. She said it took 15 minutes before someone came over to check her in. It took another 80 minutes for the oil change. There was a 20 minute delay. The staff sent the paperwork to her by email and it was a little confusing.

Joyce said the business met the price they quoted. They had her vehicle ready when she arrived and there was no pressure. She was not happy with the financing because they were pushy about trying to sell her additional things that she already told them she did not want. She went to the business because of the price and they answered all of her questions.

Mary said it was nice when the staff could do the recall work while she was there before she went to ask about it. They got it all taken care of and did a great job. She'd gone in whithout an appopintment and told them to let her know if they couldn't do the oil change in an hour. They finished it in 45 minutes. Every time she goes in, she looks at the vehicle prices and considers doing a trade-in. She'd prefer a vehicle without too many gadgets.

Liza said her vehicle was a little later in delivery than promised but it was delivered in a decent amount of time. Her vehicle is operating fine. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi being down, which slowed the process down because of the paperwork.

Jeannette said her overall experience was good. She was extremely satisfied and thrilled. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the new vehicles. James did not twist her arm into purchasing a new vehicle. He was very friendly. The salesperson covered all of the features and functions of the vehicle. The finance person and salesperson asked her to come back in a week or two if she had additional questions. She appreciates them because other businesses do not offer this to their customers. The financing is still opened because she put down more than the maximum down payment and she is waiting for a call.

John said he is not sure why he was not able to purchase his vehicle with a credit card. He said he felt it would have been a lot smoother, simpler and easier if he could put his vehicle purchase on his credit card instead of financing the vehicle.
