Jasur said his overall experience was good. The discount was great. Their representative was prompt in assisting them to get the vehicle back. However, his interior was scratched. He does not like the way his vehicle was washed. They left dust on it. He requested they clean the windshield and was told they did not have time. They asked if he could do it himself. (Customer chose not to answer all questions.)

Sylvia said the service was great and she liked it. She only had a problem with the guy in the finance department that tacked on a Honda Care program onto her loan, which made her payments on the vehicle go up. He insisted on it, rather than asking her if she wanted it.
