Amir said the check engine light had turned on in his vehicle. He dropped the vehicle off with the business and was contacted a couple hours later. He was informed the repairs were estimated at $500 for a complete fix. He inquired why the cost was so high and was told there were some problems with the plug wires which needed to be changed. He asked if there was any way to lower cost and was immediately given a quote for $290. Amir stated he started calling around and found another business who offered to diagnose his vehicle and provide an estimate. His vehicle ended up being repaired at the other business for half the price of the second quote this business gave. He was not happy with this business and dissatisfied with the $80 charge for diagnosis. Overall, he was really dissatisfied with this business and the service received. He will not be likely to return to this business. This business is very convenient for him because he works close to them but now he is unsure if he will continue to bring his vehicle here. He would recommend this business to others but only for oil changes.

great job as usual
I took my car in for an oil change and the fluids were topped off in addition to the oil change. I hadn't expected that, so it was a nice surprise when I had windshield wiper fluid for the way home.

I use this location as my sole auto repair business and really appreciate prices and services they offer. This time, came in for oil change and low tire pressure; both were fixed within time needed.

Spoke with Marty. Marty stated the staff did everything as promised, and they completed the service well. The service was completed within a quick timely manner, and they did not have any complaints. The staff was polite, and they have worked with the business for years and years. The staff at the business, they are the only people she will trust to work with their vehicles.

Vanessa said she is divided in her opinion of this business because the service is good and she has no complaints about it but they did a poor job in detailing her vehicle. She stated that this business did a perfect job cleaning the exterior of her vehicle but the interior was not vacuumed properly and they used a liquid on the windows that fogged her windows to the point of being uncomfortable for her to see through them. She did let them know and they acknowledged something had gone wrong and offered to clean the windows. She would definitely recommend this business for service because they are very convenient and have early opening hours.
