My 2012 F150 Pickup developed a coolant/antifreeze leak over the weekend we had that 18degree weather.I drove into Open Road during my lunch break. Spoke with Patrick. They were able to look at my truck right away and diagnose the problem.Said they could fix it that afternoon.Patrick even gave me a ride back to work. Steven called me later and said the part would have to be ordered overnight because it was not available locally.
I dropped my truck off the next morning and it was done by 1:00.
I would recommend Open Road Automotive Repair shop to anyone looking friendly,fast,professional service over the big Ford House. I will continue to use Open Road for auto repair needs.
