Honest and Genuine
I've been taking my cars to Open Road for almost all 5 years I've been living in Texas and they're really great people. Honest, warm, and only do the work that's honestly needed. No questionable up-sells here. I've gone asking for them to find problems and instead of giving me a laundry list of charges, it was only the 1 thing I knew I needed done, but suspected repairs were needed elsewhere. If I went anywhere else, I guarantee this wouldn't be the case. They have a nice family vibe, and it's always a really positive experience. I feel blessed to have found good people doing good work, with the best intentions for their customers. That's not just doing good business..it's building trusting relationships which is gold, especially in the automotive industry. :)
