Great and friendly Service
My Ex husband took his car there,he recommend that I take the jeep there,after a nightmare at Silverdale Midas, anyway I was so happy with them not only did they keep me up to date on the repair. They fixed what I was told was wrong,how ever that wasn't the problem. They fixed what was wrong. Got my jeep running ,There's a few more things that need to get done. I'll be back. They have my business. Funny I didn't feel like I was a customer. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Now that's something that's gives them a 5 star rating in my book. silverdale trabsmission performance
I had my 1997 Mercedes C280 towed into them because of a serpentine belt broke and damaged the transmission lines an a EGR sensor, they replaced the belt and repaired the other damage and then we found out that the circuit board in the transmission was also damaged , they replaced the circuit board and did the a full inspection of the transmission an cleared all the codes, they Vehicle runs great and they did a awesome job
I would highly recommend this shop.

Chris said he brought his vehicle in to have a band adjustment done on his transmission, but this business advised him that his transmission does not have a band adjustment on it. He was baffled by this response so he picked his vehicle back up. The staff were polite but they didn't do very good work. For the reasons specified, he would not recommend this business for service.

Thank you Silverdale Transmission for your friendly, knowledgeable, thorough service.
Since I had just recently purchased my truck, their 30-point inspection gave me an invaluable snapshot of the condition of my vehicle. Also, I thought dealing with a little known non-local warranty company to cover some of my cost would be problematic but Ranay of Silverdale Transmission made that smooth going. The technicians that worked on the vehicle knew exactly what the problems were and they repaired them such that the truck is running great.
