The service here has been horrible in the past. Since I had a recall, and I live two blocks from this dealership, I decided to give it a try with my Genesis. The experience was much better this time. I hope this continues .

Sept recall servce
Recent service went well, prior services have not gone well at all.
Change over of personnel is a problem. I cannot speak to the same person or see the same service advisor because they no longer work at Southern States even within a few weeks of my appointment. People disappear fast

Finally!!!!
Finally, they have someone in the service department that treats you like you are human! They seemed genuine and knew what they were doing. Much improved over past visits. Looked like they had almost all new customer service staff. Great job on working on improving that area.
