Quick service
The service on Dec 31 was fine. What was not fine, is that i had scheduled this service for Dec 23rd a week in advance. On Dec 22 i also received an email from Southern States to remind me of the service appointment the next day. When i arrived at Southern States on Dec 23rd i am greeted with a sign on the door that they are closed on Dec 23 since Christmas in on a weekend. How is it possible that i was not notified of this. Surely, someone at Southern States must have seen that people had book service appointments on this day. This is terrible customer service.

Southern States Hyundai does provide good service, but it is very hard to get ahold of the service associates.

Garrett in service was wonderful....Very professional
I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told that one of my lug nuts broke when they removed it....So they asked if I wanted to purchase a new set for $45....I don't feel I should have to purchase if I didn't break it. My appointment was at 1:30 and I didn't leave until 4:30. I didn't like that I had to wait 3 hrs.

This is the best place to take your care. I have never had any issues at all. I can always relax and know that after my care is fixed that it will not have any additional issues that I am unaware of. The car mechanics are great!!!!
