Always very good service
I was disappointed that my hatch door would not show you what it has been doing to me for a couple of weeks. I had to take my dog to the vet this morning , opened the hatch put the dog in but it would not close--just beeped three times. Did not close hatch at vet, came out, put dog back in and hatch would not close. After I returned home, got dog out and the door closed perfectly!
