Zach said he went to get a mass air flow sensor replaced. When he got on the highway, his cruise control didn't work so he had to bring it back the next week. He had to wait for them to fix it and it was something that they had messed up when they were working on it.

Alex said the service was over priced for what this business was going to do to fix his vehicle. They were going to charge him $800 and told him that they didn't know if it would even fix his problem. He had to wait 5 minutes before he was helped. The employee who was supposed to assist him was advised that he was there but continued smoking a cigarette. He would not recommend them for service based on his experience.

Judy said all of the mechanics who worked on her vehicle were not personable. All they did was change the oil really quickly. They did not check the tires or lights.

Randy said he was very impressed with the services provided by this business. Instead of replacing a part on his vehicle, they fixed it , and did pretty good job. He did run into a delay during diagnostic process, but later found out his vehicle was completed and they overlook the fact to contact him. He appreciates their honesty, and his experience was refreshing.
