Searched out this garage based on reviews, but didn't live up to my hopes. You are very kind folks, but I had a few things fall short.
-Had an estimate of a ~1 hour visit, but took a little over 2.5 hours. My service request:
- Oil Change - seems all good, except the technician didn't reset the oil life tracker on the computer. Says 0%.
- Inspection - there was a nice list of items prepared, but I would have liked to see some prioritization or discussion of the impact level.
- Clicker key low batteries - was told these could be swapped out, but it was forgotten about.
- Stuck spare tire - tech wasn't able to dislodge it, but this is honestly no surprise to me. Seems like he gave it everything he had, but it just needs a dedicated appointment. No issues on this item.
- Burnt out parking light - I asked about this and was told it would be caught on inspection, but it wasn't and it's still out (front right light).
Just hoped for something better - drove 30 minutes to get service here, but I think I will just drive the hour to my old garage after our move for our needs. A bummer; seems to be really considerate folks that work here.
