Excellent Sales, Service, and Inventory, by a returning customer
We have been RVing since 1973 so we have owned everything from slide in campers to 40' diesel pushers
. Our best experience, over all of these years, has been at Poulsbo RV, in Kent, WA. We have now purchased our 5th motorhome from Kent Poulsbo, and this one is the absolute best!
Jeremy in sales, is always our go to person whenever we are in the market. He is an excellent listener, very RV knowledgeable, and, with a low pressure personality, he makes the RV search and entire purchase process go smoothly. At each step of the process we were made to feel appreciated, listened to, and part of the RV family. I wish I could remember the names of the folks in management and finance that we worked with to give them a shout out, but suffice it to say, everyone was great to work with, or we would not have bought 5 motorhomes from them!
In addition to Jeremy, the person that I have had the most contact with, over multiple RV's and years, is Scott in the service department. Scott is another example of a very knowledgeable RV professional that is not afraid to answer questions & to insure that any concerns we have had are handled in an expeditious and accurate manner.
