Wow what a Friday 7/30. Thinking I was going to trade in my 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid at the Toyota
dealership after they were so rude to me Foothills Toyota I drove by Honda of Burlington on I5 I looked over and saw a CRV in color Dolphin Gray I decided to turn around and what a decision I made….Greeted by fantastic sales people and after talking for a few turning out to be longer Sam the GM worked a miracle out for me….Then the Finance Dept what amazing people…. Chevrolet of Bellevue had a Mustang Mach-E available. I schedule a test drive online and their sales
rep Ahn called me to tell me more about the vehicle. When I first showed up the whole staff was super friendly. I can tell Ahn did his education on the car. He knew the ins and outs of it which was very helpful in me making my decision. When it came to the numbers I told them what I would like to pay and they were able to work with the bank to get the financing I wanted! I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them.

The office staff were very friendly and helpful with solving some financial and mechanical issues wit
h the vehicle I purchased. That being said...I think greater attention should be paid to ensuring that customers vehicle interiors are better protected from grease and oil left by the mechanic test drives. I had to wipe down the steering wheel, shift lever, door handle and arm rest before leaving their lot. Had to spot clean the seats and door panel after returning home. Other than that...I was pleased with my dealings with Hanigan Auto Sales.

e. WOW. Anyone on here that felt stuff went wrong needs to check out what's changed. They have been a family business all along, but the father is retired now and the son with his wife have taken it up a notch. The waiting room is off the hook. I brought my son and it was like we were at a friend's house visiting. The unreal part?? THEY WASHED MY CAR!! I am a customer for life. You can focus on a poor experience, but honestly? The research showed that Toyota had the best resale value, and they work with your bottom line and help you get the deal that works for you. I bought the 2021 Toyota Corolla Apex stick drive. This car is a fantastic car with excellent gas mileage.
A couple of months later, my sister needed a new car after her Mini cooper's engine blew. She went to several of the dealerships in Burlington she test drove several vehicles. I took her to Toyota last. At this point, she beyond stressed. There was Trina again and ready to help. She helped my sister find the perfect car and kept her at the rate that she wanted.
Three weeks later! My husband is finally ready to get rid of the Jeep. He went to Nissan and liked a couple of the cars, although the GAP rates were pretty high. Last he went to Toyota. I was not able to be there. I called and asked for Trina. She was happy to help my husband. She kept him at the rate that we needed, and here we are now, slowly becoming a Toyota family!
Shelby and I would like to let Trina know that we are now calling each other the Toyota Sisters!!!
I am happy to say my 20-year-old daughter is getting ready to get a new car! Guess where we are going........... FOOTHILLS TOYOTA!!!!!!
