The office staff were very friendly and helpful with solving some financial and mechanical issues wit
h the vehicle I purchased. That being said...I think greater attention should be paid to ensuring that customers vehicle interiors are better protected from grease and oil left by the mechanic test drives. I had to wipe down the steering wheel, shift lever, door handle and arm rest before leaving their lot. Had to spot clean the seats and door panel after returning home. Other than that...I was pleased with my dealings with Hanigan Auto Sales.

s been my go-to for any questions even though we no longer live in WA. I called her recently with 2 questions, the latter about a VIN inspection issue on my daughters wrecked toyota RAV4 that was not purchased at her facility and was in Puyallup in a wrecking yard. She was able to transfer me to her GM Brandon, who advised us to contact Toyota of Puyallup for assistance. Brandon went out of his way to tell us what needed to be done and offered his assistance with helping us and Puyallup (if needed) to complete the paperwork. We contacted GM Rich in Puyallup who was equally amazing in helping us get this done. I was blown away at how helpful sales and service in both facilities have been. I especially appreciate GM Brandon's knowledge and willingness to help us in this matter. This is why we are Toyota people. THANK you!

Having a problem with a certified pre-owned car that you purchased just a week earlier can be very di
scouraging and unsettling. The Service Department was very friendly and understanding. They took the time to make sure they thoroughly diagnosed the problem of a broken ring. They also kept us in formed as to the progress as to the repairs. We feel that Lee Johnson Chevrolet did an outstanding job of not only providing great customer service, but also doing an excellent job of doing the repairs to our vehicle.
We are very satisfied in the certified pre-owned Chevy Cruze we purchased from Lee Johnson Mazda, but are more confident of the vehicle we purchased after the repairs were done
