give a shoutout to my technician, Jeff. He was incredible! Jeff helped me understand what was wrong with my car and even took the time to drive it with me before and after the repair was done. I’m really impressed with this experience. I know my previous experiences haven’t been the best, but I’m definitely a customer after this one!

Third time in for bot headlights. First visit unable to determine problem on driver’s side; second v
isit replace driver’s side bulb. I don’t dive at night, but noticed in the garage, one week later that passenger side headlight was not projecting properly. Took it in for 3rd time, replaced the passenger side headlight.

I brought a recently purchased 2015 BMW 535i in for a multi-point vehicle inspection. They got me in & out the same day and shared with me potential issues to keep an eye out for that they've observed with my N55 engine. A couple minor items on my inspection report - I was able to easily fix them myself - there was absolutely zero pressure to "get the work" out of me. Without a doubt I will be bringing my car back here for maintenance & service work beyond my capabilities and definitely for repair when the time comes that the big malfunctions happen.
On a side note, I discovered this shop from a story my father-in-law shared. He lives nearby, is on a fixed income, and before he was able to upgrade, he had an old unreliable car. Joseph basically told him "look, I'll keep this car running for you" - and that's exactly what he did, without trying to extract extras. For me, that's the type of moral character in a person that I prefer to associate and do businesses with in this world - whether it be professional or personal.
