The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, the shop is clean & efficient, and Joseph is straight forward
& fair.
I brought a recently purchased 2015 BMW 535i in for a multi-point vehicle inspection. They got me in & out the same day and shared with me potential issues to keep an eye out for that they've observed with my N55 engine. A couple minor items on my inspection report - I was able to easily fix them myself - there was absolutely zero pressure to "get the work" out of me. Without a doubt I will be bringing my car back here for maintenance & service work beyond my capabilities and definitely for repair when the time comes that the big malfunctions happen.
On a side note, I discovered this shop from a story my father-in-law shared. He lives nearby, is on a fixed income, and before he was able to upgrade, he had an old unreliable car. Joseph basically told him "look, I'll keep this car running for you" - and that's exactly what he did, without trying to extract extras. For me, that's the type of moral character in a person that I prefer to associate and do businesses with in this world - whether it be professional or personal.

nt service. She went above and beyond as she kept us updated, answered many questions, and walked us through the recommended repairs and costs to bring the "No Start" 2005 Toyota Sienna to operational. Additionally, she told us about a Costco auto program that provided a 15% discount on parts and labor. Kathy and Brandon, Service Tech worked as a team providing the information we needed to base our decisions on. The videos and answers to our questions were very helpful.

The office is very clean and staff are very helpful. I was also pleased to use their free shuttle on
the day of service. They brought me home after I left my car for service and pick me up from home when the car was ready. I could used my time to do more meaningful things other than watching TV in the waiting room.

e up with for our trade-in was right inline with what I was expecting. When he came up with the price of the car and I countered, he was empowered to go to the computer and figure out the lowest price on his own without having to go to a manager or get someone else involved. Finance still took a long time, but that was no surprise. I would go here again for sure.
