I like it

Great vehicle very comfortable smooth driving. My grandkids like it because I can fit them all together. Wish they would have the spare tire inside the back under the back seat. My husband is disabled and he can't get to it.

Great vehicle

I drive a 2005 Chevy Tahoe lt and it's been a excellent truck with well over 250000 miles I've had no major issues. It runs strong and looks good, is a bit of a gas guzzler but the ability to get up and go so easily makes it well worth it.

I love my Baby

She’s 15 years old. Had her 10 of the 15! Only 147k miles. I LOVE HER!!! Very reliable. I’ve only had normal maintenance issues under the hood to take care of. I call her my sports car on steroids! You can loads lots of stuff in it. I call it Tahoe Tetris.

I love my Chevy Tahoe. It’s very roomy for my family. I feel safe to travel in my SUV with my family. Very dependable. The features are good. My SUV is a 2005 and I have a cassette and CD player in it and I love it!

Comfortable ride

Love the handling and comfort of my Tahoe hauls a lot of weight with ease Love to take on long rides I tow my boat and use for fishing all over and is great for family vacations. I would recommend this vehicle to others and would love to upgrade to a newer one

Best in the long run

I love my Tahoe. You can’t go wrong with the 5.3 engine as long as you keep up with oil changes and required maintenance these engines are known to last a long time. I’m at 277000 miles and still running stong. It has no rust thanks to zeibart. It’s very comfortable and great on long trips. Gas mileage isn’t great I average 15 mpg 17 mpg on last trip to Florida. I also prefer the older body style. I plan to drive this Tahoe for many more years.

I love my Tahoe, My husband tried to get me to buy a car and I just won't have it. I've always wanted a Tahoe and once I got it you can't get me to get anything different. It's always will be a Chevrolet Tahoe.

I always wanted a Tahoe, so in 2005 I received mine as an anniversary gift. I love it and will not give it up. I love driving it over my husband's vehicle it has my comfort level and it easy for me to get in and out of.

One thing keeps it from perfection

Getting the third row seat out would make this a five-star truck. Comfortable, quiet, safe- all you'd want in a large-size SUV. Add in the highway-speed acceleration you DON'T get in a Suburban or similar-sized trucks, and a little sportiness gets tossed in as well.

Love this car

Recently purchase my 2005 Tahoe with 130000 mikes and it was well taken care of. I had to fix a few aging items but overall it had been great. It handles well and has been lowered 2 inches and has 20” Silverado wheels.

GM: WORK ON LONGEVITY

My wife and I purchased this vehicle used several years ago. It is a VERY well designed vehicle. I just wish it would hold up to everyday life better. I was a Ford guy when we bought this Tahoe. Apparently, Ford thought that blowing spark plugs out of the head was OK. Previous GM vehicles have nickled-and-dimed us constantly. THIS GM IS NO EXCEPTION. It consistently needs some part or repair. And I'm not talking regular maintenance parts; I'm talking rear heater core (so the heater/A/C will work) and replacing the electronic instrument cluster at 120,000 miles. What the hell? So, yes, this vehicle is designed well, and functions well. I just hope you can afford the parts and repairs in the meantime. SHAME ON YOU GM!

My favorite vehicle

Our Tahoe is a 2005 and this is 2016. It has 232,xxx Mike's on it. This has been our family vehicle for years. Our girls are grown, but it still is our go to vehicle when we all go somewhere. It drives great and is very comfortable
