There Are Still Issues With The Informant Screen

My Informant Screen has been replaced and I am told that all of the updates have been performed. However, I am still having issues with the screen going blank. If I turn my vehicle off and back on again, it usually resets. It is just aggravating and embarrassing when I have friends with me. I should not have to do this in an expensive, high end car.

Complicated

All the gadgets are fine, but too complicated to remember from the last time used. Plus, items like auto high beam, auto start/stop won't stay on and requires engagement every time vehicle is started.

Great car but missing two features in the Sport Prestige 2.5

I love this car. It’s very comfortable, has a lot of great tech but two features surprisingly not standard on the Sport Prestige 2.4.

Have Leased or Owned Multiple Genesis vehicles. My 2025 Genesis G80 is Bar Far the Best Genesis I have Leased by a LOT. Have driven the G80 since Dec, 2024, and Love it as much today as I did the first time I drove it.

Great overall value!

The 2025 G80 is a highway cruiser with great looks and excellent road manners. Enough "sport" to keep you entertained, but mostly it's s sedate sedan that is perfect for road trips, business travel and daily driving.

A little disappointing

I really do like my GENESIS G80, also I have a few disappointments. I’ve had my car almost a year or just over a year. I have had to send it to the dealership because the trunk latch motor did not work, had to send it back to the dealership because the horn didn’t work. The dealership has been great. My biggest disappointment is I have black seats with red piping, the red piping keeps swearing off. I have had it repaired twice once the insurance company covered it from what the dealer tells me by mistake, and once the dealership took care of it last week. I was told that because the piping is in a high wear area, it could no longer be covered because it is a high wear area. Makes no sense to me that I should have an $80,000 plus car where the piping on the seat wears out!!! I know your engineers are very smart people, and would expect that if something like this were apparent to them they would not put it in the vehicle so it would aggravate your customers. I love my car as I said, but I don’t pay $80,000 to have a car or the piping on the seat wears out! A little item, but a little item is very disappointing to me and very disturbing.
