Frustrating Many good features but poor reliability & terrible service

Technology is frustrating. Took over an hour to set up with an experienced technician when I first bought the vehicle. About a month later, a software update was automatically downloaded to the vehicle and it wiped out all of my settings. This is just one example of the tech mess. My digital key hasn’t worked for two months and no one can figure out how to get it working again (both dealer and genesis customer hotline). Two months and four trips to the dealer to get my air conditioner fixed. Dealer who wouldn’t call back (service advisors have turned over multiple times in past six months alone). I want to like the car, but it’s one of the worst ownership experiences I’ve ever had. Only owned two years and planning to replace already, when my average ownership period is 5 years

Best car I have owned! I don’t think I will ever give you 250 characters for a review so I will just continue to say this. I do not think I will continue to give you 250 characters for a review. I think that it is ridiculous to require a minimum 250 characters so therefore I am done.

Great looking and comfortable vehicle

Great looking and comfortable vehicle I like it better than S560 Mercedes that I sold and the valet service is a great add on .This was of the main reasons I purchased the vehicle was the warranty and the service .i think the G90 is a great value for the money spent so far very pleased with vehicle and service.

Great sedan!

My decision to purchase the G90 came shortly after a test drive which I highly recommend. It is a pleasure to drive after owning large SUV’s for the last few years. The vehicle is extremely quiet while driving and the ride is very smooth. I have had no problems with car or service whatsoever.

Best car I've ever owned.

I'm extremely happy with the performance of my G90. Each function: navigation, audio, handling/parking, etc., has been exceptional. The features found in this car are similar to other makes costing thousands of dollars more, making this a great buy. I would recommend buying this car to anyone.

New brand going through growing pains

When battery drained dealer had four people here to get car situated to tow. After cause of drain determined, fix became partial repair as new part would not communicate with rest of system properly. No one could provide fix. Corporate became involved and as previously stated, fix took 75 days. Norm Reeves Hyundai provided loaner the entire time and insured I was not inconvenienced as little as possible. After repairs affected, Genesis of America sent me a check for $3500 for lost use etc. while issue was frustrating, everyone I dealt with worked to insure my satisfaction. All in all a good experience.

Excellent Car

Traded in a 7 series and test drove the S class before buying this. You can beat the luxury, comfort and features for the money! It rides incredibly smooth and quiet. You get into the vehicle, set the air, music, massage seats, plug in the address and coast in comfort to your destination in comfort and style.

Love driving this outstanding vehicle

Timeless design, luxurious interior with exceptional appointments, very quiet and smooth riding, good handling, attracts lots of looks and comments, this is our 4th Genesis and still own a G80. I make a point to recommend this car or the Genesis brand of vehicles to all who ask. Apparently some new and exciting vehicles planned. Technology leader.

Excellent gas mileage. Everything is assessable within the vehicle. She is extremely comfortable on driver side and throughout the vehicle . Panoramic view is excellent seating is extremely comfortable.

The vehicle rides very smooth, but acceleration needs to be improved… owners manual should be in color to give better description as to how to Setting up features and using them… vehicle Seating massage should be a minimum of 45 minutes versus 20 minutes.

Geat Automobile

This is our third Genesis. Our First G90 and we have loved all our purchases but the G90 is by far the best. The amenities are exceptional. The most comfortable car I have ever driven. Mack Grubbs dealership is the best when it comes to service. Especially love the Valet service provided. We consistantly get compliments on the car's looks and ride.

I love this vehicle, it’s stylish and comfortable. This vehicle is definitely a head turner. The ride is comparable to any luxury vehicle. There’s no road noise, because the vehicle is well sealed. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and will buy a newer model in the future.

Great automobile

The fit and finish on this sedan is excellent. Very Quiet ride and very comfortable interior, especially the amount of space you have to enjoy. The trunk is a very good size. Vehicle ride can be adjusted as needed depending on the road conditions. Seat massage is excellent and seat adjustments are well engineered.

2023 G90

The G90 is a great vehicle and a great value. The car meets or exceeds all of my expectations. Five of my last six vehicles have been either Hyundai or Genesis vehicles, all of which have been wonderful vehicles to own and drive. I hope I live long enough to acquire another G90.

Amazing features, amazing ride

The scar is a pleasure to drive. The right is smooth and quiet. Handling is highly responsive and firm but not too stiff. It corners well. Accelerates incredibly fast for a car of this size. The seats are extremely comfortable. The convenience features and electronics experience is better than any car I have ever owned. Mercedes, BMW, Lexis, Jaguar, Lincoln. In fact, it is the best car I've ever owned. When I brought my 2018 G 90, I said it was the best car I've ever owned. This tops it.

the car does not have after sale support

i wanted a better car than my Lexus LS500 The car has a lot more features than my Lexus.LS500. There is a longer learning curve to learning the features . They seem more complicated .There has to be better support for the car.You should not have to wait over three months for service. My Leus I could get same day service. What is going on?

Beautiful but seriously flawed

The car is beautiful, but defective. The battery continuously fails. Parts distribution makes getting a new battery difficult with long periods of waiting. The highway driving assist safety feature is defective from the date of purchase and Genesis has been unable to fix it even though they’ve had the car number of times for and number of months.

2023 Genesis G90

I thoroughly researched the vehicle after hearing there was to be a total remake of the G90. It took nearly eleven months to locate and get the exact vehicle we wanted. We have not been disappointed at all.

2023 Genesis G90 turbo

We have been buying and driving Hyundai/Genesis products for Nearly 10 years. We have had a 2014 Hyundai Equus, 2019 Hyundai Palisade, 2017 Genesis G90, 2021 Genesis GV80, 2023 Genesis G90. We have never had a serious issue with any of them. Needless to say, we like the products. Our New 2023 Genesis G90 is the finest riding, driving, comfortable vehicle we have ever owned.

2023 G90

The car is a beautiful driving car. Everything in the body of the car fits perfectly. Some controls are confusing, like the widget, which takes some time to change. I wanted to use mileage control and could not find it in the book that came with the car. I played with it for some time and finally got it to change. I am not sure how to reset it.
