My third Genesis and definitely the best

This is my third Genesis. I had 2G 80s the last one was a 2016 which I had for pretty much 10 years. My husband persuaded me to look at the G 90 because of videos he’s seen and features he thought I would like. I almost didn’t purchase a Genesis on purpose because I have been not feeling great about the Genesis experience prior. When Genesis separated from Hyundai, they decided that 2016‘s were the cutoff that would no longer be serviced as Genesis. That did not sit well with me seeing that I had been accustomed to the service as a Genesis owner and then all of a sudden felt like I was being tossed simply because of a cutoff date. Nowhere on my car did it say Hyundai it only said Genesis. But my husband persuaded me I did the test drive and I’m very pleased. The ride is fabulous the handling and so many features that I’m sure I don’t know all of them or how to use them completely yet. Great pick up as well and the interior is beautiful in every way. I guess I have forgiven them, but I don’t agree with their having made that policy. It did make me feel less important. Fortunately, I have a fabulous service guy there so that was already in place!

Very stylish, lots of cool features, gets a lot of comments

A very nice and stylish car that get comments at gas stations and in parking lots. A lot of very cool features that other vehicles in this range don't have. Smooth ride and the interior features are very nice and appreciated on my daily drives. It's fun to have new people in the car and be able to show off all the bells and whistles and take them for a ride in the reclined seat with the Genesis scent going. The gas mileage is pretty poor, but its a very smooth ride and has a lot of acceleration when needed or you're in the mood. I've never gotten so many comments on a vehicle before and people literally come up to me at the gas station and ask about the G90.

The paint scratches very easily. It’s hand washed and it still scratches. Disappointed with the paint.

2026 Genesis G90 Review

Only had this G90 for just over two months, has only seven hundred miles and will take more time to evaluate. Will be on the road in a couple of weeks for about twenty five hundred miles, will know after this trip if it measures up to the past Genesis I have had. This is number six and I have no doubt this automobile will be as good or better, we will see.

Great Car poor customer care

Wonderful vehicle pleasure to drive with all the features an owner would expect in a high end luxury category. Exterior and interior are well designed with high quality materials. No issues with the vehicle. My issues are with the dealer not be able to answer simple questions, providing incorrect information. Customer care service equally as bad as poor communications and poor knowledge of the G90.

I love the automatic doors. It has a soft, quiet ride. Don’t get much opportunity to use the self parking feature but it works great.

The inside trim instead of the carbon fiber should be a nice shiny hardwood to match the interior

The a/c outlets blow the air in my face. When I turn them up or down they do the same thing. We had to also add glass film to the windows to be comfortable from the hot sun

3.000 mile defects

Needed to have the windshield fixed as the wiper arm was scratching the windshield. Also the heads up is cockeyed but so far they have been unable to fix this issue.
