Love the Car

The car so far is excellant. The problem with the transaxle THREE TIMES REPLACED was trying because of good parts and availability being iimited. The dealership that had to deal with the problems was not the dealership we purchased the car from so there was confusion plus no loaners available at first for the time the dealership needed the car to fix the problem. That soured our Genesis experience. We do love the car and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again and have recommended it to many people.

Lemons are not just on trees

Vehicle met all expectations for 4870 miles and then became inoperable and dealer has not been able to repair. I m afraid i bought a lemon. Dealer had it for two weeks and did not address problem returned it to me and vehicle failed completely following day

One year review

After one year I am completely please with my Genesis gv70 and reading some reviews from folks who have not have pleasant relationships with their dealerships I would say everything from valet to maintenance has been handled properly in St Catharine’s by performance Genesis. Did I mention a hoot to drive

Bought a 2022 had it exactly one year now, and couldn’t be happier

I love the style the performance of the 2.5 is outstanding lots of get up and go performance plus package, handles well built on the g70 platform rear wheel bios it is all wheel drive, never had any issues with the two crystals knobs confusing me even from day one. Great sound system everything is first class, great materials high end quality and the questions from admiring strangers on what is that beautiful suv never stop. Best vehicle I have ever had.

Excellent styling and car have the quality of high-end European cars at a lower cost. Disappointed that the car does not have a one touch automatic seat adjustment settings for different drivers. Excellent all-around visibility and easy access to controls.

Hood problem

Hood does not align properly when closed. It is obviously a factor defect. I took it to dealer and they confirmed and documented the fact that there is a definite problem but said they could not fix it. This was two months ago and I am still waiting for options to resolve the problem.

Amazing ride

Definently the best vehicle I've ever purchased. From the design, engine, and feel of the driver seat it's amazing! I will take this ride over a Benz or bmw any day of the week. Constant compliments from passengers and a smooth ride. I driven this vehicle through backroads, snow, ice, etc and the handling is impeccable. I was recently hit by a distracted driver and can attest to the safety of the vehicle. The side airbags are a little too rough for my liking but I was able to walk away with my head still intact.

I love my GV70

I love my vehicle it is very luxurious. I researched my GV70 for a year before I purchased it. After test driving & getting answers about the vehicle I was dead set on purchasing. I was extremely excited about the maintenance plan that comes with my Genesis as well.

only problem is with the lights at night on dim as shadow appears on the upper half of the windshield making it really difficult to see more than 15 to 20 feet in front of the vehicle. especially bad going up and down hills. Country diving at night is hazardous.

Great car sleek inside and out. Drives great and comfortable ride. Seats are comfortable in the back and so many options I haven’t even explored yet! I have been asked by people just walking by about the car and how they like it! It would be an awesome feature to have led lights in the interior that you can change colors

Great Car

I have a 2022 GV70 and I love it. I have nothing bad to say about it at all. The only thing I wish it had is BUILT in WIFI. The interior is great! The sound system is superb! The warranty is one of the best being offered. The concierge service definitely comes in handy. You can't go wrong if you are looking for a nice luxury car!

Sexy beauty

Overall the GV70 has met all my needs and is a fun car to drive. I have had many cars over the years and get bored easily get bored of them but this is the first car I have not been bored with and plan on keeping it a long time. The look the uniqueness set it apart.

A Good Bye

I love this car but dealerships are not great. They are unreliable. Not all of them. You really have to search for a good one. Genesis is selling a luxury car but you aren't getting luxury treatment . Also after a year there are a bit more squeaks and rattles than I would like.

Great vehicle and quality. Purchased new from local dealership and had fun using for 1 year. Genesis services dealership needs to do better, technician messed up with oil change which now requires engine change which is a major overhaul, 4 weeks to get work done is very bad.

Love my GV70!

My GV70 is far and away the best vehicle I’ve ever owned! It’s luxurious, sporty, fast, and beautiful. I look for reasons to drive everyday, knowing I will have an exciting experience. After a year of ownership, I have zero regrets and look forward to many years of fun with this car!

AMAZING car, terrible dealership network

Love EVERYTHING about the car (except for lacking wireless Android Auto) but if you ever need to get your car serviced? - Prepare for a 2 months wait and dealing with incompetent service people. I've had it all: from no-show valet appointments, hour long wait time on the phone to an engine replacement BECAUSE of incompetent mechanic who changed the oil during first maintenance appointment. With all that in mind, I'm still rating my Genesis as 4 stars which tells you how much I like the actual car.

Overall its a good vehicle, i just think the tire size should be a little wider, the braking system especially calipers and pads should have more braking power and the exhaust must sound better. If this vehicle truly wants to outshine its competition, these simple upgrades can make a big difference.

Great car! GV 70

I’ve owned the car for a year now, no complaints at all. I enter is very stylish, and when people get in the car for the first time, they always comment how nicely it is appointed. Comfort is great and the driving is a lot of fun. Do yourself a favor and try and get your hands on one and U2 can enjoy the car as I do.
