Love my GV70

I’ve had the Genesis GV70 for exactly one year now, and it is the best purchase I have ever made. It is beautiful and FUN to drive, the features are fantastic, and people stop me all the time to ask me about it. I drive back and forth to work 40 mins each way every day and have saved a ton on gas this year compared to my last vehicle. This is luxury & sporty and just a SMART vehicle; couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

My GV70

I love my GV70 for many reasons including its appearance, driving experience and hopeful maintenance affordability. I am disappointed that the engine is already knocking a bit, that the metallic trim is flaking and that the promised valet service is non-existent.

Horrible car

Please contact me and I will let you know what’s going on with this car. I should not have trouble from a new car not even a year after I bought it. Worst experience ever! I would never recommended this car to anyone. I am not the only person with these issues. Several reviews on Google.

Genesis GV70

This is a great car. The styling is magnificent and the ride quality is supreme. Overall we've had a great time driving this for the past year we've had it. Having said that, there is still work to be done by the brand in the Customer Service side of things. Especially when it comes to service and maintenance appointments. It is very difficult to get appointments and there is very little flexibility even when you get one.

Great vehicle, beware the dealership

This car has a road presence unlike anything except a high-end Porsche. It's quick and luxurious, with a posh interior and so quiet. The Highway driving assist is the best I've used. There is some controversy on the rims of the top trim, but, that's too subjective. Drive the car then drive everything else...you won't be disappointed.

Super Nice Vehicle

Really smooth acceleration, easy to drive and enjoyable plus an eye-catcher. Good gas mileage & always get compliments on vehicle as well as inquiries about it. I am enjoying it even though I don't drive it much until the weekends. Quite pleased with this purchase.

GV 70 Review.

The GV 70 is a stylish Ride, Nice interior almost a through back styling. This has turned heads at gas stations and with clients I see, aka I'm a realtor what you drive is a representation of how successful you are. I would recommend this to anyone! You tube reviewers had High praise as the next evolution of the compact SUV. They were right! This also the 1st non American Vehicle I have ever owned. Very Happy with the purchase.

fuel pump and low pressure pump went out at 14,000 miles in the middle of an intersection luckily no on was killed, but I can assure you someone will be killed as a result of the fuel pump failure if it is not corrected. the hood shakes at highway speeds. Your service department is horrendous. If i could do it all again I definitly would not have purchased the GV70, I will not recommend anyone buying a Genesis.

GV-70 Sport Prestige Fully Loaded is out of this world. The price and what you get for your $ is valuable. You get to drive a piece of art that turns head around. Trust me anything else will feel overpriced! ? recommend anyone to buy this vehicle. You will not regret!

Best thing out there

You will find no other vehicle with the balance of performance, features, style vs price that this car can offer. Fuel economy could be better. A hybrid option would be great. This is one of the most unique and original cars you can get at this price level

Amazing car overall

I have no words for this vehicle. Had three months of research online and in person to buy a new SUV. Finally, i got my new GV70. I have to be honest that had my doubts that i was buying a Hyundai on a price of 70K but after couple of weeks i realized that the car could look on the face the BMW, AUDI and Mercedes. Definitely i will be back on a new Genesis after my lease expired.

Something special

My initial experience was not good. The service department where I bought the car was the pits. I got the runaround, phone calls not answered or returned. I went back to Nissan to trade my Genesis in. After I left the Nissan dealership, I sat in my car and decided I liked the looks and features of the Genesis and called customer service. They found a dealership near me, scheduled an appointment and the noisy suspension and loud wind noise were repaired. The car has been fabulous and a joy to drive. No regrets now.

GV70 Sport Prestige

Car looks and rides great. Headliner noise near grab handle is concerning. No loaner cars available. This is my second Genesis and while I love the car the service experience is not on level with what I expect with a luxury car. Parts take a while too. A windshield took a month and a differential motor took a few weeks.

My 2022 Genesis GV70 has 10,000 miles on the odometer. It has performed flawlessly at this point. The quality of the build is excellent. I get questions from many strangers I meet while parking the car. The design is beautiful, well proportioned and up to date with current trends. A pleasure to drive locally and on the highway.

This is the best car ever.

This vehicle is a complete blast! The acceleration is thrilling and the style turns heads. I have one of the only Genesis in my City and certainly the only red GV70 and everyone comments on it. My husband loves his truck but at least once a week he begs to take the car to work!

The Best Luxury Mid-sized SUV on the Market, Period.

If you're someone who would consider the BMW X3, Audi Q5, or Mercedes GLC, you owe it to yourself to test drive a Genesis GV70. It's interior is leagues ahead quality wise and in terms of ease of use. It strikes the perfect driving balance of comfort, performance, and safety. Its safety features are the best in the class by a long margin. Highly recommend it.

Noise rattles are unacceptable

The noise and rattles coming from the interior rear of the vehicle are extremely annoying to the point I want to get rid of it. I took it to the dealer and they said this just the glass flexing which is insane. The noise is pronounced and if the music is not turned high completely unacceptable.

Great purchase!

The car is overall a wonderful luxury car. I’ve had a few issues, but those were all resolved and in a fairly timely manner. It runs just as good as the day I bought it. I enjoy how people will just stare at the car when I drive by, It’s beautiful from the inside out!

Second Genesis exceeds in features

I enjoyed driving my 2018 Genesis G70 for three years. However, the GV70 2022 is even nicer, especially in the beautiful interior and enhanced safety features. The enlarged screen is a wonderful addition. It handles beautifully, and I am proud to be driving it.
