Luxury at a Decent Price

Recently purchased a 2022 GV80. It is a beautiful car that stands out on the road. It has so many safety features that come standard on the car. I really enjoy driving it. I love the blindspot camera video that displays on my dash when I turn on my blinker. Also love the lane assist and the autohold feature.

Great vehicle with some minor niggles

Love the GV80. Performance from the 2.5 Turbo is far more than adequate for my driving needs. It's a torquey motor that's actually fun to drive. Steering could be a bit more responsive. Even in sport mode, it's too light for my liking. Interiors are truly luxury grade, they look and feel super premium. Love the huge Heads up display and the 3D instrument cluster looks epic. The prestige trim we have comes with Road active noise cancellation. While the vehicle is quiet at highway speeds, it is not noticeably quieter. Sound from 22 speaker lexicon system is good. But I expected the clarity to be better. CarPlay, Android auto work great. But I wish they were wireless. It makes the wireless charger useless. Couple of niggles - Driver side interior door trim squeaks where the leg touches the door. I could also push my thumb and hear the squeak. Annoying on bumpy roads. Driver seat is a mixed bag. Maybe, my back is still getting used to it, I sometimes feel like a sharp object is pushing my left shoulder. It gets comfortable after a few minutes though. Massaging feature works great and helpful on long drives. Overall a great SUV and mostly love it so far.

the car so far has been great we will see how reliable it is the coming months. so far the options have been fine they are sometimes hard to figure out but this has not been a turn off the vehicle has been quiet and rattle free which I expected from a premium built car

Beautiful car but drivetrain issue

I was so excited for this car as it has more features than other luxury SUVs at a much lower price point. This was great until I noticed there was a drivetrain problem; only at 10-15 mph and only when the front wheels had to travel very different distances (u-turns, consecutive turns, etc) but in these situations the front end vibrated. The most disappointing thing is the technician who rode in the car with me and drove the car said it was not normal and should not happen, but they drove another car of the exact same model and just because that car did it too they claimed it was a normal characteristic of the car. No car should vibrate when going around a turn at slow speed. Other than this, the inside of the car is beautiful and loaded with technology.

Good value car, with some glitches

A safety concern (auto steering does not notify when it disengages), a few functionality concerns (brakes very sensitive, wireless charging pad not working) , but beautiful interiors and good performances. Plenty of space and distinctive exteriors.

Best of the best 2022. Fully loaded, clean and mean beating out all other luxury vehicles of 2022. The design is smooth with incredible style with a clean crisp look. This is the best designed vehicle of the new year pushing the competition to the limit.

We absolutely LOVE our new GV80!!! The GV80 is a luxurious vehicle… it not only looks nice inside and out it also drives extremely well. All the safety features in the GV80 are absolutely amazing… All of our family and friends are extremely impressed with this vehicle. We cannot wait to take a couple of road trips in the GV80. Genesis GV80

I love this SUV. Perfect size, now that all my kids drive and have their own vehicles. Handles nicely and easy to get in and out of parking spaces. It looks great, lots of style and rides fantastic. The back hatch is spacious and holds quite a but. Lots of head and leg room in the front and rear seats.

While we have only a few hundred miles on the GV-80 our impression so far is excellent!

While we have only a few hundred miles on the GV-80 our overall impression of the SUV so far is excellent! We feel the Advance package with 4WD and the 3.5 T engine are well worth it. The safety features and the ability to control most of these features on the GV-80 are exceptional.

Outstanding Car

Our Genisis GV80 is everything we want in a car. The smooth ride, quiet interior, great luxury interior, sharp exterior look, excellent sound system, 5 star safety rating, three row seating, excellent warranty and maintenance services.

My Rating

When I decided to purchase a new vehicle I was looking for a three row luxury SUV/crossover. I dicounted most of the luxury car makers because they are overpriced and didn't have the look I wanted. When we went to our local Genisis dealership in Naples FL they had a GV80 that I was interested in. It had an exterior color I was concidering and had a beautiful interior color combination I never thought of. We took it for a test drive and I immediately liked the car's ride/handling, interior quietness from outside noise, interior design, easy access to controls, and great visibility. When we returned to the dealership I learned more about safety features, warranty and maintenance services provided. The Manager and Sales Representative did an outstanding job. They answered all questions and explained everything we needed to know about the car and all services. We decided to purchase the vehicle and trade in our Buick Enclave. The trade in and purchase process was handled professionally, no pressure. We drove home in our new car in less than 2 hours. We've had our car a little over a month and love it.

GV 80 is a Home Run

I was in the market for a new vehicle and test drove a number of cars from BMW to Volvo and none of them came close to the GV 80 as far as drivability and comfort. The design is awesome and and is reasonably priced. It’s fun to drive and I feel very safe doing so. Great vehicle.

Better then BMW and Mercedes’

Looking for a super luxury ride, this is the car to get as I was shopping I looked at BMW and Mercedes and just for the heck of it researched this brand. Wow!!! I bought it. Lauren and the staff were super helpful no pressure and I got a discount and they did. Or do market adjustments. Hell I can take it to another place and make a 10k profit, I won’t they are too hard to get.

Remember the hottest girl in high school? Remember everybody hit on her? Do you remember what a pain it was to date her and have everybody drooling as she passed by? Yeah that feeling. Get ready. I almost feel guilty but who is gonna stop driving the hottest car on the market. Lol. I Love my car.

Outstaning ride, handling, comfort and performance!

The GV80 is outstanding in every way! Two days after taking delivery we drove it to NJ from Florida and back again! The comfort and performance was better than any other vehicle I have owed which includes, Mercedes, Jaguar, Lincoln, Cadillac and others! I drove 12 hours without a backache! That says it all!

GV 80 2.5 RWD - w/o AWD

Ride, design, comfort - A+ However, paid $500 extra for metallic gray paint & it shows dirt terribly. Least amount of dust in the air & it looks like super dirty. RWD takes getting used to after having FWD so many years. Front ends feels loose steering.

We are extremely please with this GV80. Everything about this vehicle is simply amazing. If someone had told me that any car-guy could give a scoring of '10' accross the board...I would not have believed it...but I did...because this vehicle is worthy of note!
