Amazing Vehicle!! Great Luxury and sport

The vehicle is amazing it has everything that I wanted and a vehicle. Luxury sport the quilted seats the 20-in rim tires. Genesis has come out with a range of colors choices that are totally different from the common cars that we see today in the luxury brands we all know. The monochrome paint white is gorgeous it's a matte White on my vehicle and I absolutely love the car that's why I purchased it instead of leasing it has everything all the bells and whistle and it always gets mistaken for Bentley which is awesome..

Disappointed

Seat uncomfortable. Heat stopped working on passenger side. Breaks squeal. Terrible customer service. I would think a $70k car would be more reliable and more comfortable. Genesis has some quirks to work out before I consider purchasing again. Miss my Lexus

The Prestige 2.5 model comes with all the bells and whistles. Prestige model Highly competitive when compared to other luxury SUVs. Reliability is great while pricing is low. Luxury and styling is extremely impressive. No problems with the vehicle since taking ownership.

Overall I am very satisfied with my new car. The few things that I noted in my review that could be changed to make the experience even better. It took an awful long time to finally receive the car but I think we all know the covid caused a lot of issues with manufacture

What's not to love?

The fit and finish is perfection, much better than the Lincoln Aviator I traded in. The stereo system is fantastic, good enough to please just about anyone. It's just a beautiful car, I get compliments all the time. I do wish the fuel economy was a little better.

GV80

If you are in the market for a luxury vehicle, you owe it to yourself to test drive a Genesis. Having owned Lexus and Jaguar, I believe I have some basis for a comparison. I watched a video review of the GV80 done by Car and Driver. The reviewer stated the GV80 is the car Lexus should have built. That statement pretty much sums up the review of the vehicle. The fit and finish is top notch. The interior materials and very nice and the styling is beautifully done. The interior noise level is definitely superior to Lexus. Very quite. The ride is definitely on the luxury side of the spectrum. The vehicle handles nicely, but it is not a performance car. If you're looking for a performance type experience with a tight and very firm type ride, the Genesis is not for you. The acceleration on the GV80 with the twin turbo V6 is impressive. Genesis has thought of the little things that make a luxury vehicle, well, luxurious. The use of materials, technology integration, styling, ride quality, and active noise suppression put this vehicle firmly in the ranks of its competitors. As stated in the beginning of this review, you owe it to yourself to check it out. It'll surprise you.

Highly disappointed

This is my 3rd genesis and I was soooo looking forward to loving my 2022 GV80 but now I hate it. My breaks squeal when I back out and when I come to stops. The dealer of course doesn't hear it. I'll be bringing it back for the 3rd time. I'm at the point where I don't want it anymore. I paid way to much for a vehicle that I have to hear this sound EVERY DAY.

Highly dissatisfied with vehicle

I am so unhappy with my genesis This was my dream vehicle but the fact that I have a 2022 vehicle that has squeaky brakes really upsets me. The dealership seems to not care. I'm at the point that I no longer want it and it really socks. I can't even give a good review because I have a faulty vehicle.

TOP SUV

The Genesis GV80 SUV is a vehicle that is competitive with the BMW X5 and the Mercedes GLE. All three are excellent, but the GV80 had the most technology that was available when I decided to buy last Fall. At that time, neither the Mercedes or the BMW were able to offer the features I wanted in a vehicle, mainly because of the computer chip shortage. They are all fine vehicles, but I had owned a Genesis sedan previously that had been flawless for over 7 years. Thus I chose the Genesis GV80. It is outstanding!!!

I LOVE my car!

Despite driving for well over 30 years, I've never 'wanted" a specific car. I always loved high-end cars and performance. Still, when I first saw the articles about the GV80 I WANTED that car! It's unique, a "stand out" amongst other vehicles, and is gorgeous inside and out. How could I go wrong with the history of Genesis/Hyundai reliability?

Hit the bullseye!

Far superior overall to the other competitors!!! I looked at everything in comparison and no one could hold a candle to the quality, looks nor power nor warranty to the gv80. I was so pleased we bought a gv70 and am just as elated with it too! I would recommend to everyone looking for one!

Love the vehicle

I was hesitant about buying a new car the second year it has been made. After watching countless videos about the GV80 many times over, and looking at several of them, I bought one. It is easy to get around in, has lots of room for groceries, technology package, lighting, and finishes are all better than expected. The stylish body style has people stopping me in parking lots asking me what kind of car it is. I love it and glad I made the purchase.

Great Vehicle, Great Features

Great Value for the price. The GV has great safety features, it takes some getting used to when the lane-keeping is active. The GV80 almost drives itself when using cruise control and active lane-keeping. The interior is comfortable, although the front seats are a little stiff.

this is my 3rd Genesis and the BEST so far!!!!! The Equus was nice as was the G90 but this GV80 is unreal !!!!! I love the solid feel and smooth ride...it is a sturdy heavy SUV that performs like a sedan!!!! I like not having low profile tires!!!! Best value BY FAR !!!!!!!

Great Performance, incredible features around technology and sound system. Very luxurious interior. Precision driving experience as it hugs the road and does not have the typical marshmallow bouncy feel of an SUV. Great except for the changing color of the matte

I am really enjoying this vehicle. The I feel like I learn something new about it each week. Its very comfortable and drives like a dream. I really wish that the color was consistent as the matte green looks very bright and unappealing in the light. I purchased off of the show room floor and did not have the best depiction of the color.
