Wish the dealer held a 2-3 hour tutorial to learn software. Very much dislike the key fob. Love the ride. I have gotten, not all of the time, but as much as 28mpg. Need to learn how to use the dashboard while driving, without distraction. Don't like it that when paired with my cell phone, I can't turn off the bluetooth on my phone.

I LOVE THIS CAR

I have been blessed with many great cars in my life however, this one, is an absolute beauty! She has power. She has all the great features, she’s a joy to drive, and I absolutely love her. There is literally not one thing I would change about her.

Great Ride, too many distractions

Car is very quite, ride very smooth, tech outstanding, styling great, however, warnings to take a break ruin the ride experience and cannot be turned off by driver or techs at dealership. The warnings can come on with no apparent drive problem. If you plan a dirve of over 70 miles expect to get the "ding, ding, ding, ding" warning several times, sometimes three to four per hour. Was able to be inactivated by driver on earlier models, no so on newer ones. You expect a little more from a luxury vehicle. Will not be purchasing another one if this is not corrected.

Nice overall, typical issues.

I like the vehicle overall. It’s stylish and enjoyable to drive, although the ordering process—really more of a locating process—was difficult. I wanted the auto‑close doors and quilted seats, but none of the dealerships I contacted could find a vehicle with those options anywhere in the country. There’s a rattle somewhere in the rear that I’m hoping to have checked during the first maintenance visit. The electrical/infotainment system is similar to most brands: occasionally unreliable, with the screen freezing or going black from time to time. Customer service has been great about following up, and both they and the dealer told me the vehicle needs an update—but there are no OTA updates available, which feels odd and a bit frustrating. Most reviews focus only on complaints, and while I’ve pointed out a few issues, I genuinely do like the vehicle.

ALMOST perfect

Vehicle is great. Lacks power on the 2.5t engine and has too much turbo lag. Infotainment is great but sometimes glitchy and lagging. Wireless Apple CarPlay is great except for the sound issues every 30 seconds it seems to have a connectivity issue so I have to disable WiFi every time I sit in the car and plug in my phone. Besides that, great car.
