Bad customer service, break squeaks, acceleration sluggish

See title, and it's only 3 years and 27k miles later. To ask a question at the dealership (Gettel Hyundai of Sarasota) about warranty, is close to impossible. They will send me to front desk and say the service person will call me back. Never. That is 5 times in a row and never call me back.
