"WARRANTY WORK"
I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH WHAT THEY FOUND WRONG WITH MOTOR. SAID HAD AN ABNORMAL TICK IN MOTOR, BUT PASSED ALL INSPECTION. MY VEHICLE IS A 2016 MODEL ONLY HAD FOR 1 YEAR 29000 MILES. I FEEL LIKE SINCE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND EXTENDED WARRANTY, THEY SHOULD HAVE REPLACED MOTOR IN MY VEHICLE. THEY REPLACED ACTUATOR, AND RESERVOIR ASSY, BLOWER ASSY, SOLENOID VALVE ASSY. IT WAS RUNNING HOT AND WAS TOWED IN.

"Best service department ANYWHERE!"
BC Hyundai service department is the BEST! I had an appointment for two recalls, and asked them to check my headlights, which seemed to be too low to the ground. Then I told him I needed to be gone in one hour.... the new update screen in the waiting area, kept me updated on status of my car, and they brought my paperwork to me with 3 minutes to spare! Two recalls handled and head lights adjusted, along with oil change required for one of the recalls, and all complete in 57 minutes! Top that, other dealers! They can't touch BC Hyundai!!! Entire staff is friendly and efficient, dealership waiting area is spotless, coffee brewing and pop corn popping - can't ask for more!!

I have said many times before,I have always received exceptional service every time I have dealt with this dealership.
when one goes there to service their automobile , the personnel are always caring and pay attention to detail to get your car problem corrected immediately and have you on your way.the waiting time I think is adequate and the waiting area is by far one of the best!! They have available coffee,coke water,sprite,popcorn if you want and a large TV to watch,what more can you ask for? They make you feel right at home and an important part of the Hyundai family.I have purchased five new automobiles from this dealership and they are serviced at the same always..I personally Love this dealership and its employees and wouldn't think about trading anywhere else.

I was scheduled for a recall repair. Upon arrival, I was greeted and directed to the waiting area. Progress was posted on a clearly visible board that kept me appraised of the work being done on my car. The repair was completed in a timely manner so I was quickly on my way home.

"Love the amenities while waiting. Makes it worth the wait."
I know you guys are super busy, but I would love it if they vacuumed the floor board like other service stations. However, the amenities make up for that. I also found a wadded up service sticker thrown in my back floor board. Not a big deal but could have been thrown away. Overall, very satisfied with the service.
